Through media representations of adversity Looking at Looking – Nation, explores our desire for narratives forged through struggle and hardship.
What does the popular activity of news and media consumption reveal about our contemporary anxieties?
What role do depictions of disaster play in preserving our nationhood?

Works will be on constant display in the gallery window, open accross two following Saturdays and by appointment.
